Is the trial really free?
Yes. You get our full dispatch service for 14 days without paying anything and without a credit card. In return we ask for a short video review about your experience.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. There is no obligation to continue after the 14-day trial.
Do I choose my own loads?
Always. We present loads with the rate and details, and you decide. We never force dispatch.
What documents do you need?
Your MC authority, certificate of insurance, W-9 and, if you use one, your factoring company's notice of assignment.
What if I don't want to give a video review?
The free trial is offered in exchange for a review. If you're not comfortable with a video, contact us and we'll talk about it.
Are you a freight broker?
No. Orbydispatch is a dispatch service working on behalf of carriers. We do not broker freight, and we do not take possession of or responsibility for any cargo.
